Marie Skłodowska‑Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA‑PF) na FPH
What is the MSCA‑PF programme?
The Marie Skłodowska‑Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship (MSCA‑PF) is one of the European Union’s flagship funding instruments for excellent postdoctoral researchers. Fellows design and carry out an independent two‑year research project, gain new skills and international experience, and transfer their expertise to the host institution. The scheme is open to all scientific disciplines, including the broad field of management and economics represented at the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA).
Why prepare your fellowship with FBA?
- Triple Crown status – FBA is among the 1 % of business schools worldwide holding the „Triple Crown“ of EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA accreditations, attesting to the quality of its research and training environment.
- Research‑active community – We are ranked as one of the best business schools in the Central and Eastern European region. Research of the faculty members has been published in major journals in psychology, management, economics, and organizational studies. Our Research Support Center coordinates seminars, methodological workshops and a Research Club that brings together scholars across departments.
- Strategic location – Prague consistently ranks among Europe’s most liveable and cost‑competitive capitals, offering an inspiring cultural scene and excellent transport links.
Expression of Interest (EoI) at FBA
To match outstanding postdocs with suitable supervisors, FBA operates a light‑touch Expression of Interest process:
- Identify a supervisor – Browse faculty profiles or contact the Research Support Center for suggestions.
- Submit a short EoI package – A two‑page summary of your project idea plus a concise CV (max. three pages).
- Internal feedback – Within three weeks, you will learn whether the supervisor can host your MSCA‑PF.
- Full proposal development – Selected candidates receive structured support through online workshops and one‑to‑one coaching sessions.
2025 call internal timeline (tentative)
• EoI package: 2 June 2025
• First full‑draft check: 31 July 2025
• Final internal approval: 29 August 2025
• EC deadline (expected): 10 September 2025
Profile of a competitive applicant
We look for evidence of scholarly excellence (peer‑reviewed publications, conference presentations), leadership potential (organisation of workshops, reviewing activity) and international outlook (previous mobility, industry collaboration or outreach).
